The association’s history traces to the airpark’s establishment in 1967 and the continuing development of a private residential aviation community in Shady Shores.
The community and its association
Hidden Valley Airpark is the residential community. Hidden Valley Airpark Association, Inc. is the homeowners association responsible for shared property, governance, and the common work of the community.
Shared responsibilities
HVAA manages common property and community responsibilities under its governing documents, adopted policies, and representative governance structure.
Governance
Elected officers and Board members carry out association responsibilities. Whether individual officer names or only a public role contact will appear here remains under review.
